1. First burning question, why should I buy from goodbunch? I am spoilt for choices in Singapore!
When you buy from us, you do not just buy a product. You are buying into the idea of bunching together to achieve greater outcomes as below:

2. What the different prices mean?
- Current Price – It is the current transaction price based on current quantity purchased. It may be the final price or it may not be (if more quantity are being purchased before the expiration date)
- Closing Price – Final transaction price based on the quantity purchased upon expiration date. Refund of excess amount paid (Initial price – closing price) would be made via Paypal, no further actions required from you.
- Initial or Check-out Price - For transaction simplicity, this is the price initially charged to your Paypal. Excess amount on top of the closing price will be refunded.
3. Why do we use PayPal as our electronic payment gateway?
- Because PayPal is cheap (the handling fee is lower than credit-card gateway)
- Because PayPal is easy and hassle-free (for us to get this website started)
- Because PayPal is secure (and we do not need to handle the transaction on our website and you do not compromise your credit card information)
- Because everyone can get a PayPal account (even if you do not have a credit card)
4. How does the refund process works?
So you know we will charge you the check-out price upon purchase and refund the excess from the closing price after the bunch closes. This is to make sure we only get genuine buyers.
We promise to process the refund to your Payppal account within 24 hours after the deal closes. To ensure the smoothness of the refund process, we tested the refund a few times. Refund time-lapse depends on your Paypal account but on average, it takes 1.4 days.

5. Is the price inclusive of shipping cost?
Price shown on the product page excludes shipping/delivery charges. Shipping cost would be added upon checkout and PayPal payment.
6. Why do I need to pay shipping costs when I can get it for free somewhere else?
Because nothing is really free in this world. Whether you like it or not, delivery cost is always factored into the price of a product offered with free-shipping. Even when you collect the stuff yourself, you incurred cost for your transportation and precious time.
We want to be transparent with our prices, and we separate the shipping charges so you can make an informed decision. We charge reasonable delivery charge.
The only time you will see us offering Free Shipping is when the shipping cost is insignificant to be separated, or when we get it free from our suppliers.
7. I’ve just ordered something from your store and I realized that I do not need it. Can I cancel my order?
As the price of each item is determined by the number of quantity purchased, the cancelled order may affect the price for the rest of customers. As such, to protect the interest of all purchasers, we do not accept cancellations for items sold. We really appreciate and advise our customers to think thoroughly before hitting the check-out button.
8. How long does it take for me to receive my purchase?
Usually within 1 to 3 days after the deal closes and the order finalized. The shipping date will be stated in the product page for your reference. You can refer to our Shipping Policy here.
9. Product Return, Refund and Warranty Policies
It varies with the products that we sell. These will be spelled clearly in our product descriptions.
Most of the time, warranties will be provided by the supplier, just like what you will have when you buy the product somewhere else.

10. I’m a local start-up and would like to list for free, is there any catch for the free listing?
Nope, it is part of our core values and our company fundamentals that we support entrepreneurship in Singapore, because we are also a start-up ourselves. Start-up should help start-ups. You only have to bear the electronic transaction cost. However, we reserve the rights to reject any listings if it violates our business principles or local and international laws. 11. I’m a representative from NGOs and would like to list our memorabilias on your online store, will you provide free listing for us?
Yes, we support NGOs that do not have affiliations to any religion, race or sensitive views that might provoke uneasiness among our users. Please contact us for further discussion.
